Quickly convert your cooktop into extra counter space and protect it from damage. Four non-skid rubber legs rest on your countertop, elevating the cover above the grates.
You'll also receive a flexible cutting board mat—place it on top of your cooktop cover for protection and the area transforms into a huge additional food prep space! Mat is super durable, knife-friendly and flexes to funnel food waste into a bowl, pan or trash receptacle. It's easy to clean, just wash with soapy water, rinse and dry then store it conveniently under the cooktop cover or rolled up in a cabinet.
Artisan-crafted one-at-a-time in our Michigan woodworking studio from beautiful premium hardwoods, choose from three styles to match your decor:
• Solid Walnut (colors range from tan to dark/chocolate brown) We have one of these in stock for quick shipping!
• Walnut & Maple Stripes, a beautiful combination of alternating graduated stripes with great contrast, or
• Mixed Hardwoods, we'll choose several hardwood species from ash, cherry, hard white maple, walnut, white oak and other domestic/exotic woods like ambrosia maple, beech, sycamore, yellowheart and more
Variations in color and grain are part of the natural beauty of wood, so your cover will be truly one-of-a-kind (and will vary from the photos).
Please carefully measure the outer dimensions of your cooktop frame to ensure this cover will fit. It should be approx. 24.25" wide x 14.88" deep x 1.75" to top of grates (see photos). Our cover measures approx. 28.5" wide x 16" deep x 2.75" high. Top is 0.68" to 0.75" thick.
These covers are made to order, and the current lead time is 3 to 4 weeks.
Finished with our food-safe mineral oil and beeswax mixture, which really showcases the wood grain and color. Easy-to-care for, and care instructions are included.
Designed for Airstreams, but we can handcraft covers for almost any cook top.
Covers and mats are NOT designed to remain in place when trailer is being towed. They must be stowed securely.
